Return Policy (Simplified)

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at buydream.contactus@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our designated address (provided after approval). Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

We’ll provide a shipping label and instructions once your return is approved.

Exceptions:

• Non‑returnable items: perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.

• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damages/Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges: Return the item and place a new order once approved.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed.
